Throne of illusion - How a single Quranic Word links to End-times Prophecy

KNOWLEDGE

Autorin : Nazish Iqbal

Dear readers, before you enjoy my insightful Blog , Keep in mind that Allah Almighty (The Most High) has repeatedly declare in several verses of Quran , that Holy Quran is for those who can Think , Ponder and Reflect.

" This is a 'blessed Book' which We (Allah) have revealed to you. O'Prophet (Mohammad ) so that men may Ponder and Reflect over its verses ........ so penetrate verses meanings to heart " Surah Sād 38:29

Moreover, Quran also has a verse of warning that those who do not think, they will have a terrible status with Allah

" Indeed, the worse of all the beings in the sight of Allah are the Deaf and Dumb, who do not understand" Surah Anfāl 8:22

My journey into Tafsir-e-Quran began over a year ago. As I dive deeper, I have become fascinated by the End of Times and the events yet to come, particularly the arrival of Dajjal (referred by Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, as Al-Masih ad-Dajjal). This topic is vast, and the more I research, the more endless the details seem.

Quran and Hadith are my ultimate sources of truth. One can find numerous Hadith relevant to Anti-Christ, but surprisingly the word "Dajjal" never explicitly appears in the Quran, anywhere. That is when, I found the word Jasad (or Jasadan) in Quran. It is not just a word; it carries deep meaning and connects directly to Al-Masih ad-Dajjal and the End of Times.

In the entire Quran, the word Jasad appears verse which are far from being ordinary, each of these verses carries profound secrets regarding the End of Times — secrets I am going to uncover for you step-by-step:

"And We (Allah) certainly try Solomon (Sulayman) and placed on his throne a Jasad ......" Surah Sād 38:34

" And We did not make the Prophets Jasadan that did not eat food, nor they were immortal" Surah Anbiya 21:8

" And the people of Moses made, (after his departure), from their ornements a jasad which had lowing sound ....... " Surah A'raf 7:148

" And He brought out of fire for them a jasadan, .......... , and they said " THIS IS YOUR GOD AND THE GOD OF MOSES" Surah Taha 20:88

".... there was a jasad sitting on the throne in possession of his staff ........ serve the jasad until Dābbat al-Ard comsumed the Minsa-ah of Staff .... "Surah Saba 34:14

In Sahih Muslim there is a Hadith : Imran bin Hussain reported that I heard The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying "Between time of the creation of Adam and the Resurrection Day, there is no greater trial, no greater danger than that of Dajjal (The Anti-Christ)"

The subject of Dajjal requires considerable understanding,  so that it would become easier to connect the word Jasad with it. Christians know him as the "Anti-Christ" but Our Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, referred to him as Al-Masīh ad-Dajjal. I want my readers to clear this point in their mind,  that the word Dajjal is 'not a name' but rather it is a descriptive term which means 'liar' or 'one who deceives'. In Quran, Prophet Īsa AS (Jesus, the son of Virgin Mary) has been identify as the Messiah. The implication of Dajjal describe as Al-Masīsh ad-Dajjal is because Dajjal is someone who would impersonate as Messiah in this world.

Prophet Mohammad, Peace be upon Him, has prophesied that Hazrat Īsa AS ( Jesus, son of Virgin Mary) is the true Messiah, who would one day return to this world and his miraculous return would be one of the major signs of the End-Times. Al-Masīh ad-Dajjal , a false Messiah, would appear in person in the world just before the return of Hazrat Īsa AS (Jesus, Son of Virgin Mary) and will convince the world (in particular the Jews) that he is indeed the true Messiah.

In Sahih Muslim there is a Hadith in which The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon Him) gave description of Anti-Christ or Dajjal as follows : "He would be a jew, a young man, powerful built and with curls in his hairs ........". I would like the readers to notice how current Jews wear curls in the form of sideburns (which are called Payot) because according to Jews religious accounts shaving the corner of one's head is forbidden. "Do not cut off the hair on the sides of your head" Leviticus 19:27.

In Sahih Bukhāri one of the most important Hadith is : Abdullah ibn'Umar said that once Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon Him) stood up in front of the people. He praised Allah with words worthy of Allah and then he mentioned Dajjal and said " I warn you about him (Dajjal) and there is no Prophet who has not warn his people about him. Noah (Hazrat Nuh AS) warned his people about him. But I will inform you about him that no prophet has ever said to his people. You should know that dajjal is one-eyed and Allah is not one eyed.

In another Hadith in Sahih Bukhāri #3441, Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, mention that " While I was asleep after circumambulating the Ka`ba, in my dream suddenly I saw a man of brown complexion and lank hair walking between two men, and water was dropping from his head. I asked, 'Who is this?' The people said, 'He is the son of Mary (Jesus) .' Then I looked behind and I saw a red-complexioned, fat, curly-haired man, blind in the right eye which looked like a bulging out grape. He resembled a man named Ibn Qatar (a man from the tribe Khuza'a who died in pre-islamic period) I asked, 'Who is this?' They replied, 'He is Ad-Dajjal.' My readers should keep in mind that in the dream, Dajjal was not performing circumambulation of Holy Ka'aba but was walking behind Hazrat Īsa AS by copying him.

In Ibn Mājah it is mentioned that Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon Him, warned that " Listen O'People , be firm ! I describe Dajjal to you as no Prophet before me ever did. He will commence by declaring that I AM PROPHET but there will be no prophet after me (hence he will lie). Then , he will praise himself and declare that " I am your Lord - your God " but remember you will never meet your Lord until you die and be resurrect on the day of judgement. And Dajjal will be one-eyed and your Lord is not one-eyed. And between Dajjal's eyes is written the word KAFIR (disbeliever) which every believer who has faith in his heart will be able to read, whether he be literate or illiterate " I would like my readers to think about Quran verse 20:88, that I mentioned about a jasad , which was created and was forced to be accepted as your Lord or Lord of Moses. So many clues coincide with both Quran verse and Hadith.

I know that my readers are confused , that how is it possible for someone who has faith but is illiterate to be able to read between the eyes on the forehead of Anti-Christ? I completely agree that such would be impossible to understand , if we take literal meaning of the word. My advise is that we need to interpret the meaning in reference to Quran verses . Allah says in Surah An'ām 6:50 "Allah the most High asks whether someone who is blind can be deemed equal with someone who can see? Obviously they cannot be equal. hence, will people not think? " and again in same Surah 6:104 " And the Quran declares internal insight upon mankind from their Lord through this revealed book". Therefore, these verses teach us that true belief in Allah brings mental clarity. When you accept Him as your only Lord, He grants you the power to see through lies and illusions. You do not need formal education or academic credentials to recognize the truth. Instead, a pure, unclouded mind is all that is required to perceive what is truly happening around you, allowing your physical eyes to clearly see the reality of the world. And this exactly what will happen on the day the believer will see word Kafir on the forehead of Dajjal in order to recognise him.

I plan to cover the topic of the Anti-Christ separately in the near future, but for now, we know that his arrival in future will be the most dangerous test of faith that mankind will ever face. But here is the real mystery: How is this future adversary tied to the word 'jasad' and the history of King Solomon? What does the Quran actually reveal about it? What you are about to read will completely change your understanding of Islamic eschatology.

Let's begin ....

In Quran Surah Nisa 4:54 Allah has mentioned that " We (Allah) has grant revelation and wisdom unto the House of Hazrat Ibrāhim AS (Abraham) and Allah has bestowed on them a mighty Kingdom or State."

Let’s take a closer look at the word 'Kingdom' in this verse. We all know , that from the two sons of Prophet Ibrahim came a long line of prophets, ending with Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). But here is the critical point regarding Jesus: he has yet to return on Earth. Based on this verse, it is understood that when Jesus does return, he cannot rule anywhere else except the 'Kingdom'—which is none other than the Holy State of Jerusalem. This so Kingdom was established by Prophet Dawud AS (David) and his son Prophet Sulayman AS (Solomon).

Prophet Solomon (Hazrat Sulayman AS) was a prophet who was bestowed by Allah Almighty with special talents. In Quran Surah An-Naml 15:17 " .... And Solomon (Sulayman) was the heir of David (Dawad), We taught Him the language of birds and given all things, most surely this is the manifest Grace (Allah's blessings)" From the verse it is clear, that Hazrat Sulayman AS ruled over not only Humans but also the Jinns, birds and Animals and all things of the entire world. He was bestowed by Allah Almighty wealth , Knowledge and kingdom that none of the Prophet had. Quran mention that Allah blessed Hazrat Sulayman AS his Dua :  " ...... grant me a Kingdom which is not fit for (inheritance by) anyone after me" Surah Sad 38:35

Moreover, I mentioned above a Quran verse And We (Allah) certainly try Solomon (Sulayman) and placed on his throne a Jasad ......." Surah Sād 38:34

Jasad means "Lifeless body or a body without any Spirit or Rūh". We all know, that Allah Almighty has breath a spirit in every Human being on earth and without it, we cannot see, hear or display intelligence. in addition, due to that spirit a true believer will have an additional quality and that is internal sight to see the truth.

It so happened that Allah the most High showed Hazrat Sulayman AS a vision. He saw that a body ( like a human being ) was sitting on his throne and ruling over His Kingdom. That body was a human body without a spirit. If we linked all  information together, it makes clear sense that Hazrat Sulayman AS saw Dajjal sitting on his thrown. (However, Allah knows Best). We clearly know from several Hadiths that Dajjal is an evil being. In order for the world to falsely accept him as Messiah, in particular Jews and Zionist Christians, He shall needs a Kingdom and according to jews it is the lost  kingdom of Solomon. That is why for over a century, jews are trying to take over Jerusalem (Or called it Bait-ul-Muqaddas)

Moreover, Quran says "And We did not make the Prophets Jasadan that did not eat food, nor they were immortal" Surah Anbiya 21:8. This verse align with Hadiths mentioned in Ibn Majah that When Dajjal will look at Hazrat Īsa AS (Jesus) , he will start to melt like salt melts in water. Dajjal will turn and flee in fear of his death. Hazrat Īsa AS (Jesus) will overtake him at the Eastern Gate of Ludd (currently Bab-e-Lood Tel Aviv, Israel). He will strike Dajjal with a spear which will kill him instantly. Then Prophet Īsa AS will lift his weapon to display the blood of Dajjal to people in order to prove the world that he was not immortal, that he was not divine but was liar and mortal.

I also mentioned a verse from Quran "And He brought out of fire for them a jasadan, .......... , and they said " THIS IS YOUR GOD AND THE GOD OF MOSES" Surah Taha 20:88. This verse of Quran is associated with an incidence that has close link to acts of Dajjal.

When Prophet Musa AS (Moses) went to Mount Sinai (Jabal Musa, Located in Egypt) for 40 days, A man whose name is mentioned in Quran as Samiri took advantage of his absence. He convinced the people to hand over all their gold jewellery and ornaments. He throw them in Fire and made a jasad (like a calf). He created some holes so that when wind can pass through those holes then sounds can be produced. He convinced the people that THIS IS LORD MUSA WORSHIP. Now, Before clarifying this point, let me tell you few important hadith that will tell us why this verse of Quran has much association with Dajjal and what Samiri did.

In Sahih Muslim #1815:

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying,

Dajjal will come forth and a person from amongst the believers will go towards him and the armed watchmen of Dajjal will meet him and they will say to him: 'Where are you going?'

He will say: 'I intend to go and see to this one who has appeared.'

They will say to him: 'Don't you believe in our Lord (meaning Dajjal)?'

He will say: 'I know my Raab Allah, as the one and the only, without any partners. there is nothing hidden about my Rubb.'

Some of them will say: 'Let us kill him', but some others will say: 'Has your lord (Dajjal) not forbidden you to kill anyone without his consent?'

So they will take him to Dajjal. When the believer will see him, he will say: 'O people! This is Dajjal about whom the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has informed us.'

Dajjal will have him laid on his stomach and will be struck on his back and on his stomach. Dajjal will ask him: 'Don't you believe in me?'

He will say: 'You are the false Messiah.'

He will then give order to have the believer sawn with a saw into two halves, starting from his hair up to his legs. After that Dajjal will walk between the two halves and will say to him: 'Stand up', and he will stand on his feet.

He will then say to him: 'Don't you believe in me, now?'

The person will say: 'It has added to my insight that you are Dajjal'.

Dajjal will get angry and will try to kill him. Suddenly, The space between his neck and collarbone will turn into copper and he will find no way to kill the true believer. So he will catch hold of him by his hand and feet and throw him into (what appears to be the fire). The people will think that he has been thrown into the fire whereas he will be thrown into Jannah." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon Him) added, "He will be the most eminent amongst the people with regard to martyrdom near the Rubb of the worlds."

There is also another universal held view about Jasad and its association with Hazrat Sulayman AS . It is widely interpreted that the verse explains that Hazrat Sulayman AS died while sitting on his thrown and it was his dead physical body (jasad), which was on the throne , until it eventually collapsed after earthworms had spent endless amount of time gnawing away the bottom of his staff. Many view that it was jasad and this verse is depicting that meaning. Now let me highlight some of the points that feels weak to support this interpretation.

Allah Almighty ordered the Jinns to work for Hazrat Sulayman AS and warn them of sever punishment if they ever tried to disobeyed him. This is clearly mention in Quran : "And Among the Jinn, there were some that had been ordered to work for Solomon by Allah's will and whichever of them deviated from Our Command. ... taste suffering through blazing flame" Surah Saba 33:12. Quran identify Jinn as Shayātin. In Surah Sād 38:37-38 "And Among the Shayātin who were ordered to work for Solomon (Sulayman AS) , there were many kinds who worked as Builder and divers and others linked to each other in shackles (chains)

It is an Elementary common sense that if a King were to have died, then his body would be quickly discover. It is impossible that any family member/s or even servant/staff could can miss this. Moreover, the throne room is a public place, where  people and staffs constantly present, hence it is impossible to believe that no one discover a dead body. Majority of people claims, that Hazrat Sulayman AS passed away while sitting on his throne and some worm (particularly an earthworm) spent endless amount of time grawning away bottom of his staff till the body collapsed. However, Now read closely the Quran verse in Surah Saba 34: 14 "When Allah most High decreed that Solomon should die, The jinn never realised that he was dead and (a jasad sitting on his throne in possession of the staff). And so they continued (to work) absent-mindedly until Dābbat ul-Ard consumed the Minsa-ah. When he collapsed, they perceived the reality that He (Solomon) was dead and that there was someone else sitting on his throne....." Hence, all the points make it clear that it was jasad (Dajjal) , who was sitting on the throne of Solomon and was using Staff (Minsa-ah) to travel backward and forward in time, in order to present Jinn images of Hazrat Sulaymaniyah AS. This also clearly proves that Minsa-ah (staff) is something that posses certain divinely-bestowed miraculous powers or properties , which allow the holder power over time and have a controlling effect on the Jinn.

I want to highlight for my reader, that it is the same staff (Minsa-ah) that Prophet Mūsa AS (Moses) stuck the Red Sea, is the same staff that Moses used to struck the rock and twelve streams of water flowed, is the same Staff that Moses used to defeat the Magicians of Pharaoh. Also as per now our understanding,  it is clear that Dābbat ul-Ard is something which destroyed the illusion created by jasad. In near future, I will blog on who or what this Dābbat ul-Ad is and how it is linked to DAJJAL?

In summary, the evidence shows that Allah refers to the Dajjal in the Quran using the word jasad (a body without a soul). The Quran outlines the Dajjal's main features: it will be a lifeless body, it will not eat or sleep, and it will not live forever. Furthermore, Allah revealed to Prophet Solomon (Sulaiman) that the very kingdom he ruled would one day fall under the control of this soulless body. This entity, which is destined to rule the world, is none other than the False Messiah, the Anti-Christ, or the Dajjal.

We are currently living in Akhir az-Zaman (the End of Times). While many minor signs have already occurred, the major events have yet to unfold. As Muslims, we must realize that we live in a world of illusion, where the stage is actively being set for the arrival of the Great Deceiver. Our faith will be tested to its absolute limit. May Allah protect us and our future generations from the Fitnah (tribulation) of the Dajjal. Ameen.
