Before we beginning our discussion let's look at certain verses from the Quran, that will be the essence of our topic:
In Surah Al-Nisa verse 119 , Allah records the promise Satan (Shaytan or Iblis) made after being banished "and I will order them to change the nature created (takhleeq) by you (Allah)"
In Surah Al-Baqarah verse 34 , Allah mention that everyone prostrate Adam (did Sajdah) "so they all did but not Ibis and THEY become unfaithful"
Question is : what these verses has to do with Hazrat Idris AS and Book of Enoch - However, before we dive into the answer, we need to know who Hazrat Idris AS (Enoch) was?
In Surah Al-Maryam verse 57 - 59 : "And in the Book remember the story of Enoch(Idris). He was surely a man of truth and a prophet And We elevated him to an honourable status. Those were ˹some of˺ the prophets' who Allah has blessed from among the descendants of Adam.

Hazrat Idris AS (Enoch) actual name was Akhnukh and he was the great-grandfather of Hazrat Nuh AS (Noah). Your father was Hazrat Sheesh AS (Seth) , who was the son of Hazrat Adam AS (Adam) .
In Sahih Muslim 537 : Mua’wiyyah ibn al-Hakam reported that once I asked Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) “O Messenger of Allah, among us are there any men who write by script?.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There was a prophet Enoch (Hazrat Idris AS) among the prophets who wrote by script, the first to sew and stitch his clothing, and the first to study knowledge of the stars, their calculations, and their movements.”
In Surah Maryam, the divine blessings bestowed upon Hazrat Idris (AS) , refer to the profound wisdom and celestial knowledge granted to him as miracles from Allah. According to Islamic Tafseer, Allah revealed 30 Sahifahs (sacred scrolls) to him. He was so devoted to teaching and studying these divine messages that he earned the title Idris (means "to study"). Over time, this title became his most recognised name, eventually being the primary name used by Allah in the Quran, while his original name, Akhnukh, became less commonly known.
During the Night of Ascension (Shab-e-Miraj), Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) met Hazrat Idris (AS) on the fourth heaven.

A famous narration attributed to Ka'b al-Ahbar (RA) describes the unique way Hazrat Idris (AS) entered Paradise: It is related that Hazrat Idris (AS) once requested the Angel of Death to allow him to experience death so he might better understand its reality. By Allah’s permission, the Angel took his soul and then restored it to life. Subsequently, Hazrat Idris (AS) asked to witness the terrors of Hell to increase his fear of Allah. After being shown the gates of Hell, he then requested to see the beauty of Paradise. The Angel of Death led him into Paradise, but when the time came to return to Earth, Hazrat Idris (AS) declined to leave. He cited the Divine promise that those who enter Paradise shall remain there for eternity. At that moment, Allah commanded the Angel of Death to let him stay, as his experiences—tasting death and witnessing the afterlife—had been ordained by Divine Decree. Thus, Hazrat Idris (AS) was granted the unique honor of residing in Heaven while still in his physical form.
Hazrat Idris AS , is the only prophet who is alive and living in Heaven.

What is the Story behind Book of Enoch?
2500 years ago BC , Book of Enoch was written by multiple unknown authors (No proven evident is present till today) But jewish believe that it is an ancient jewish apocalyptic textbook. This book has very strange , weird , bizarre and preculiar texts.
The book talks about Angels, Demons and Nephilims and Massiah-e-Dajjal return with 1000 years of his regime. When this book was distributed among the jewish Rabbis and Christian churches - they all disagree that this book is not a HOLY BOOK. Even we Muslims also disagree that it is not part of Holy Books like Quran, Gospel (injil or Bible) , Torah (Tawrat) and Psalms (Zabur).
But the name of this book is interesting because Enoch of its has an English name of Hazrat Idris AS. As Muslims we know that Hazrat Idris AS was one of Allah's beloved Prophet as mentioned in Quran :

Among these there was a demon name Semjaza, who suggested that they all will impregnant 200 human females and they will give birth to their children , who will be half Human and half Demons. These children did born and they were called Nephilim. There is no description of this tale in Quran, but In Surah Al-Nuh there is mentioning of Great flood of Noah (Tufane Nuh). However, Old Testament chapter 6 Genesis did mentioned Giants and probably the description of Nephilim.
(Here the point to highlight is that these are not the giant people of tribe Ad , as they came after many years of Great Flood. The Giants Nephilim came before Tufane Nuh)
Nephilims were the means through which Demons (Fallen Angels) taught humans to create weapons , taught female how to do make-up , how to do Magic and Witchcraft, taught fornication and adultery , how to make idols and worship idols, how to make wines etc. According to book of Enoch, Nephilims were so giant that the water of the ocean reached up till their knees. They were spreading all around the world like wildfire. Through Nephilim , Satan or Shaytan change the natural creation and create destruction on Earth.
(If we link this point with Quran verse In Surah Al-Nisa that Shaytan vow to change takhleeq of Allah , then we get some form of goosebumps that this part coincides with Enoch) Remember Allah doesn't like mutation in his creation.
Book of Enoch mentioned that Nephilim grew huge and bizaar trees and mountains and one can find there traces in today's world as there is no scientific proof as how these came into existences.

Book of Enoch mentioned that Nephilim create endless bloodshed , wars , corruption and mischief that it was out of control. Therefore, in order to cleanse the Earth , God instructed Hazrat Nuh AS (Noah) to create an Ark (kashti-e-Nuh) and fill it with all the animals but in pairs. Allah instructed Hazrat Nuh AS (Noah) to board the ships with his family members in order to protect themselves from Great Flood. It came and wipe out everything on earth and once again the world started from scratch.

What Islamic Scholars say about Book of Enoch?
Majority of Scholars are united in this belief, that Book of Enoch is not a Holy book, as there is no authenticity of its claim. It looks more like a sci-fi novel about giants and demons and Nephilims. But some says that the coincidences with Great Flood of Noah and mutation of Allah's creation has indeed some verification with some of Quran verses. Today World's Elite secret societies consider this book as Majestic and question is what knowledge they are trying to extract from it?
It is mentioned, that Hazrat Idree AS when came to know about Nephilims teaching among mankind, (as he was blessed with power of unknown) - he got worried and ask Allah for protection. It is mentioned in many islamic historic scriptures, that Hazrat Idris AS wrote protection ways and methods on marbles and stones (called Liech Idris or Idris Stones), on the command of Allah. Those marbles and Stones got drowned in Great Flood of Noah.
In 1750 , Elites secret societies located these stones and are now in their possessions.

The verdict
Book of Enoch discuss many things about gene modification and Mutation. And if we specify, one thing is certain that Allah dislike alteration or changes in its creation. According to islamic point, Book of Enoch has no stand point of its own as no scholars has ever accepted what it narrates about Angels , Demons and nephilims. And as a Muslim, one thing is certain that Allah's promise is certain that only you will be successful, if only you are believer.
But one thing we still can think , that let's suppose this did happened at the time of Hazrat Idris AS but after Great Flood of Noah - how did in the time of Hazrat Ibrahim AS (Abraham), the idolatry reached to this extreme level that Nimrod (Namrood, the king of Babylone ) started to claim himself God? If all this Knowledge got wiped out in Great Flood of Noah, then how did Namrood got hold of this knowledge? These questions one need to be asked to themselves, so that we should know how it all started and where it is leading in the future.
